Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Watches must not be sized or altered
All original components must be included.

Return shipping:
Returns are free. Once approved, we’ll provide a Free return shipping label.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Faulty or damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@apex-watches.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
