Yes we provide free shipping worldwide on all orders.

It depends where you are. Orders from the UK will take a maximum of 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 days. All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date. Purchases made after 12PM GMT may not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details, once your order has been dispatched from our UK warehouse. All delivery times stated are in business days, and exclude weekends.

Please reach out to us at support@apex-watches.com as soon as possible, if you would like to cancel an order. We have a dedicated team on hand to take care of queries, questions or cancellation requests.
Once you place your order you’ll receive confirmation from us. Once your order has been shipped you'll receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number. You can track your order using this link & your tracking number.
If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order, and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at: support@apex-watches.com and we will be happy to help.
The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council created and manage a standard, to protect cardholder data used for online payments. Our payment system is certified PCI DSS compliant, meeting all six categories of PCI standards to maintain a secure transaction at all points.

Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the UK may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT Apex Watches. Customs processing varies in each country, so if you have any questions please reach out to your local customs office. WARRANTY / CONTACT
We offer a 2 year limited warranty that covers any manufacturer defects for 2 years after the original purchase date.
If the watch parts, movement or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.
However, this does not cover any damage or wear & tear you might cause to the watch on your own. The warranty does therefore not cover intentional damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental damage, scratches, dents, strap damage, or theft.
In the event of any defects occurring, please contact us at support@apex-watches.com as soon as possible after the issue is noticed, so that we can confirm the issue is product manufacture related, as opposed to damage or wear & tear.
Once this is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the watch.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to the rare instances where an item arrives defective, you can return it to us for free as per the Apex Watches warranty above, as long as the item is posted back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that defective items returned within 30 days can only be refunded to the original payment source.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Apex Watches website.
If you change your mind, and wish to return a watch that isn't defective, then you still have 30 days to do this, although you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Returned items of this nature must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging.
Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead - please contact support@apex-watches.com to arrange any exchanges.
Simply email our customer support at: support@apex-watches.com and we will take care of the return with you.
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process it immediately, although this may take up to five working days. Refunds will then take up to 5 business days to clear (but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements).
Items that require repair may take up to four weeks to process - but are usually much quicker.
